Recently, the U.S. Court of Appeals granted NaLA and Tribal petitioners a stay of FCC efforts for major Tribal Lifeline changes, protecting wireless resellers and the Tribal Lifeline program. Although the stay is a victory for the Lifeline community, it is crucial that we continue our efforts to ensure our nation’s most vulnerable consumers stay connected by making Lifeline service accessible and affordable.
